What you're buying
Digital products. The ebook Living Through Dying: The Four Milestones After Loss is a PDF delivered to you immediately after payment. It is for your personal use. Please don't copy, resell, or share it.
Private sessions. A private session is one 60-minute conversation with Elizabeth Aungier, held over Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or by telephone. Booking is done through the scheduling link provided after purchase.
What this is, and what it is not
This is end-of-life doula and bereavement support. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or psychological treatment, and no clinician-patient relationship is created by purchasing a product or attending a session.
If what you are carrying needs a licensed mental health professional, I will tell you so and help you think about how to find one.
If you are in crisis, please do not wait. Contact a licensed professional, your doctor, or your local emergency services.

Payment and refunds
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; I do not see or store your card details.
All sales are final. There are no refunds on digital products or sessions. Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned.
Session rules
Rescheduling or cancelling. I need at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Use the link in your booking confirmation.
Missed sessions. If you do not attend and have not given 24 hours' notice, the session is forfeited and is not refunded or rescheduled.
Running late. If you join late, we will still finish at the scheduled end time.
Expiry. Sessions must be used within one year of purchase. After that they expire.
I keep very few session slots each month. An empty one is a slot someone else needed — which is why these rules exist.
Your information
I collect your email address to deliver what you bought and to stay in touch. I don't sell or share your information with anyone.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message.
Sessions are confidential. I will not share what we discuss. The exception is where I believe there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or where I am required by law to disclose.
Everything else
These terms may change. The current version is always the one on this page.
I reserve the right to decline or end a working relationship where it isn't appropriate or safe to continue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
